One-click installation
1.Double click the installation package and following the install wizards to operate until system help and login window pop up at the end of the installing process;
2.Use the account—admin and password—admin to log into the EPC system to complete the initialization and configuration actions;
Note: Within the installation package, there are Apache Web server and Mysql database included so that you don’t need to configure the running environment for installation.
3.Export buttons are designed to import and export departments and users saved in Excel files.
4.As a user, you can use the preset account by system administrator to log into the EPC platform to enjoy your experience.

Representation Layer
Representation layer is the top level of whole platform architecture, and the purpose of it is to provide users with direct and timely communication services. A mature and stable technology ExtJS is applied to solve the problem of frequent page refreshes that concerned traditional Web-based software, with interface user-friendly.

Middle Layer
Middle layer is the core values of this architecture. Between the data layer and representation layer, it plays a role of data exchange. With powerful components and business logic control, this layer supports a highly flexible and complex application that is scalable and secure.

Data Layer
Data layer is mainly responsible for the access to database, files, etc. You can access the database system and attachments, etc.
As the layer is a weak-coupling structure and dependency between the three layers is downward. Therefore, web services and data access services can be deployed in a distributed manner to ensure the best load performance of data access in the system.

Show the organization structure in a unique way: a larger and more overall view to show the multiple-level organization structure.
Send calls by group: Based on your needs, you can create groups by project, business and job title, etc. to speed up communication and coordination with others.

2.Multiple ways to remind you of unread calls
A pop-up window shows you the sender, his or her department, quantity of unread call and content extracts. Meanwhile, you can immediately view one or all unread calls. Flickering icon is there to remind that you have unread calls.

3. Easy and Flexible Call Query
Users can easily search the calls that they have sent and that they have received. There are such search conditions as Start Date, End Date, Sender, Recipient, Call Content and Attachments.

4. Call Management
Through “Call Management”, department head or authorized users can view all call records among users within their authority, and they can give a reply, o forward them to others or even delete them.

5. Custom Status
Jinher EPC has a powerful custom function. With it, you can predefine your status at different time periods (you can edit the status as your needs) and system will automatically adjust your status as predefined.

6. Built-in Contact Book
“External Contacts” supports the quick import and export of contact book in excel format. Besides, user list of the organization is an easy and efficient internal contact book.

7. Import and Export of Departments and Users
System supports quick import and export of departments and users in excel format so that you can finish system deployment within a few minutes.

8. Permission Authorization and Record Management
System adopts standard role-based authorization mechanism and supports the control of permission scope so that you can have a precise control over internal communications. Department head or authorized users can document and monitor all call records among users within their authority to ensure more secure information spread.

9. Development Interface
From other business systems, you can send network call through the interface for secondary development offered by Jinher EPC, thus strengthening real-time handling of businesses.

10. WAP access, you can communicate with others any place and any time
The installation Package has built-in WAP package. Users, whose mobile phone is connected to Internet, are able to send and receive calls more conveniently.
